Appointments:

For immediate action on appointment requests, call (413) 596-9657 and our in-office staff will attend to you instantly. However, you may prefer to just click on our online Request an Appointment form if more convenient. Our office will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of your request to confirm the date and time of your appointment.

If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so we can reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. Please be assured patients are seen at their appointed time.

New Patient Forms:

Once you’ve been scheduled, please fill out either of the following forms prior to your office visit to save time at registration and for you to get in the doctor’s office more quickly.

Insurance:

We accept most orthodontic insurance plans and file most of the paperwork. Our staff will work with your orthodontic insurance company to ensure that you get the maximum benefits allowed. Please feel free to contact us for assistance to see if your procedure is covered.

Billing:

We have flexible payment plans so you can avail yourself of our services under easy and affordable terms. You can choose the cash or credit card payment option (Visa and MasterCard welcome) or third-party orthodontic financing.
